Aero Mask is a fully ventilated mask which provides a very high level of protection against allergens whilst permitting the full range of breathing.
The mask is the fruit of military research and combines high performance filters able to capture submicron particles such as:
Allergenic particles: derived from pollen grains, anthers and other parts of the plants, furry animals, fungal spores and house dust mites.
Virus, Irritant and/or toxic particles: it is able to capture the particulate matter of urban pollution (derived from vehicle exhausts and chimneys), tobacco smoke and a wide variety of chemicals that are irritant to the airways (ammonia, paints, varnishes, hair lacquer, fabric conditioners, eau de cologne, lotions, etc.).
It is fitted with a removable filter which provides an optimal filtration system thanks to its mixed filtration, both electrostatic and physical, with an efficiency of over 99% for particles larger than 0.3 µm and with a filter life of up to 96 hours.
It has special valves which ensure good ventilation even during physical exertion.
It does not contain latex and is manufactured from a hypoallergenic material.
It is available in 3 sizes: small (children), medium (women) and large (men) and the external mask is washable.
It is particularly effective for patients in large cities who suffer from pollen-induced rhinitis and/or asthma. Wearing the mask every time you go out during the pollination period leads to an effective reduction in exposure to pollen allergens and to the pollution derived from diesel engines, which can increase the allergic response to pollens by up to twenty-fold.
